Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

So I done it last Wednesday and my hips are still hurting also whenever I walk my booty and lower body hurts. Is it normal? I worked out this before but I didn't feel pain that time for almost how many days but now it does. Is it because I worked out during menstruation? Or something.   • Day 1: Surprisingly this exercise, I didn't cry to. The earlier three vids from the 21 day challenge made me so utterly depressed. •I admit that if Chloe held an exercise for 40 seconds, I was able to hold it for only 10. •I couldn't do a few of these even 1%. Not out of exhaustion or anything. But because my body wasn't ready to bend in these positions. Like I said in my day 1 comment on the previous video, my body is very VERY stiff. It doesn't bend easily and I doesn't extend easily. •I give it 10 days before I'm able to do those "un-doable" ones like a newbie does. Pathetic, I know.

  • I tried something that helps when my wrists hurt. I put one of my hands into a fist and put the weight on my knuckle. I choose the hand that’s on the same side as the leg I was lifting. If anyone has weaker wrists like me, it definitely helps relieve the pressure! (The line is the floor) 🤜|
