IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I also realized that my arms are really weak after the second workout. My arms are dying but today was good. Day 2: Complete.     • you gained muscles which is a good thing bc muscles weigh more than fat. so you're definitely burning more calories at rest as well your metabolism has increased(latter is essential if you're trying to lose weight!!) i'd suggest you to not focus on numbers on the scale and rather focus on inches that you're losing ☺️

    • hey, you don't have to do all 5 videos daily. just follow her schedule on her website. this is a 21 day program i guess so just follow(videos) according to the days written on the calendar for ex : on day 1 there are 3 workouts to be done and on day 2 there are 2 videos and so on. hope this helps :))

    • Hi) as you probably know she has a website with all her programs. The link is in the description of the video. So you should do everything that is written in the plan. So for example in day 1 she has maybe 2 videos. You should do those 2 videos. Them for the second day of the challenge she has 3 videos maybe. And you should those 3 videos. So she has pretty understandable plan) during some days you have a rest according to the plan. Also you can change the plan as you wish

  • Thanks Chloe for always changing it up! I've struggled with working out my whole life (36) and your videos are the first program I've gotten through completely and stuck with. Lost about 15lbs with two previous challenges and onto my 3rd. What I realized works best for me is that you don't (often) repeat exercises in the same video. I keep moving forward because I can always think "ok, 30 seconds of this one, and I don't have to do it again today :)". Somehow I do 40 minutes of exercise each day and I'm so proud. Thank you for the amazing assist!

  • If anyone's experiencing knee pain for squats, angle your feet away from your body instead of placing them straight. If the pain is during jumping jacks, angle your legs like an anime girl and jump. Trust me, it works.

    • @111 I’d recommend you to go on Chloe’s website and just check out her workout plans. It’s important to change exercises after your body gets used to it so I guess you have to figure out what works best for you! :)

    • @111 of course I did please I didn’t work off my ass for 3 weeks for nothing haha :‘D You probably asking for details tho so... I lost about 4kg (8lbs) in just 3 weeks! And damn my stomach is flat I think I could actually get abs after a few more weeks (and I’ve never been anywhere near abs). I didn’t do exact measurements but I (and my clothes) can tell for a fact that I’ve lost weight around my belly, arms and even my problem zones legs and butt! Everything’s so much tighter and I’m so happy like?! It’s only been three weeks and there’s still a long way to go, but that was already so worth it of course I’m gonna continue with the optional week of this workout and then do another challenge! If you’re gonna do this challenge I wish you all the best and stay motivated! Being consistent is the key okay? Don’t give up!
