IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

  • guysss this workout made me loose a lot of fat in 2 weeks (especially on my legs), but it made me too strong!! I almost can't fit in my jeans anymore lmao😭😭 it's a good thing because I wanted big thighs but if you want skinnier legs, I don't recommend this workout!!😂😂

  • ok ima do updates lmfao day 1: it was hard probably took me 20 mins to do instead of 15 bc I took extra breaks day 2: it was harder bc my upper legs were kinda sore so I half assed the squats day 3: it was easier today, my legs and gluteus were a lot less sore but I still took longer breaks day 4: skipped day 5: it was a lot easier to do it today, keep in mind I do other workouts and this is usually the last one I do but I found it way easier today!

  • Chloe ting is the best ! Definately recommend ! Have been doing her workouts for a little time and I saw results as soon as a became regular ! I used to hate Chloe by the end of the workout 😂 and would be disheartened because I was very tired and even after doing low impact but now I'm so happy at the end of her workouts and I'm so glad I started !
