IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

    • depends on what your end calorie deficit is and how much you changed your lifestyle. find the recommended calories intake for ur age sex weight height and subtract around 500 calories from that and that’s what you should be aiming for if you are looking to lose around a pound s week. (500calories is around a pound, you could go more but the maximum recommended is 2pounds per week unless your doctor tells you otherwise). changing your lifestyle completely and losing to much weight can sometimes reverse the effect and make it harder to lose weight (your body compensates for too much lost weight and gets used to it). MOST IMPORTANTLY: it takes time to lose weight. 2 weeks is not a lot of time to lose weight. also depending on when you measure your weight and what you did during the day your weight can fluctuate around 5 pounds. so dont be discouraged!! sorry for making this long, this is just all the information i’ve gotten from my own research, feel free to do some of your own. gl

  • Day 1 :Ok so I started on 8th May(yesterday),feels good to sweat again Day 2:here again ,switched on the low impact for some exercises and was like missing some secs but I completed it,I feel good Day 3:I was like not performing good in the last set but I did it Day 4: ok so today I did it in the evening I stopped when I was so close to completing 2nd set and took a break lay for some minutes then continued but then again stopped at the half of the 3rd set and that was it Day 5 to..day 6
