You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

Basically, you can't spot reduce fat so u need to do a bunch of different type of exercises together (like arm workouts, leg workouts, ab workouts, etc) lol good luck!

  • 8 mins felt like 20! I will try to do this workout 2 times a day (afternoon & evening) and hopefully see results. Progress: First day (13.05), my abs are dead - couldn't do last exercise bc my mat was moving. But I was very tired after. I felt my Abs burning. Definitely harder than the Abs workout 2020 (yk the popular one). Can't wait for tomorrow. I also intense walked 40 minutes today while it was raining, so i did extra exercise. :) Second day (14.05), its much easier than yesterday honestly but I still felt lots of burn on my thighs which is amazing, bc I want to loose some fat on my thighs and lower abs. My body easily gets used to it- as I walk a lot usually, but today I will do it only 1 time bc i got my period and I dont want to pressure myself. I eat clean food but I am not strict on myself of taking 1 bite of a chocolate or sth like that. I was very tired so I took one bite for energy! Lets see what happens tmrw! I cant wait to do it again!

  • I have a problem with the last exercise in this video. Namely, I don't understand how to use the core here. The lifting of the leg primarily utilizes the hip flexor when I do it, and it is most unpleasant. I can do all other workouts without any issue at all, but the last one just doesn't hit my core in the least. What gives? Pretty sure the hip flexors aren't weak, and I can do multiple of your core workouts every day, so I don't think it's core weakness either. Honestly, I care barely even feel my core once I'm in position for it. Any idea what's happening and why my body won't cooperate?

  • I do it while having intermitten fasting, before meal. I dont have any special meal, i even not count calories. I just drink milk at morning and eat once at evening without snack. I lose 6 kg for 3 weeks and can wear pants which i can not wear it before heheh

  • Im on day 16 of 2021 Flat stomach challenge but y'day i ate 4 mini pancakes with lots of choco-chips and now i did todays program + extra 20 mins hiit and 2 10 mins abs.... i used to be fat then i played badminton and became thin (basically healthy) but i took it for granted and now im a hippo :( ... continue ur efforts!!   • i’ll be trying this starting today, i’m currently doing two other ones as well, which i also started today (10 min shredded abs and 10 min 11 line ab workout). i’ll be doing this for 2 weeks :)) day 1: done! i think it was pretty okay, my legs and tummy are a bit sore, but i really liked this workout to be honest day 2: done! i was pretty tired after doing the two other exercises before this one, so it wasn’t very good; had to take a lot of breaks.. still struggling with some of it because my thighs feel so heavy >-< day 3: done! the exercises were a bit easier this time, still needing to take a few breaks, however the amount and duration of those breaks have lessened in comparison to the first 2 days. :) day 4: done! still not strong enough to do the exercises without taking a a little break but it was okay overall. my legs feel super heavyy day 5: done! it was little bit easier today, tiring but feeling nice! :)) day 6: done! it was okay today too. my tummy has kind a weird shape since i alway wear high waisted pants/jeans so my lower belly is kinda big-ish.. i can’t really tell if it’s slimming down to be honest, so i might continue with the exercises for another week if i don’t see much change still after the 2 weeks day 7: done! first week is overrr! :)) i feel stronger, although i can’t really tell if there’s been much improvement for me. day 8: done! still got that chubby belly, not much change but yeah

  • So in the program I am doing, there are butt exercises involved on certain days with a mix of cardio and abs but I am not interested in working my butt. I am only focused on my abs and full body. So instead of doing the butt workouts can I swap them out with an ab workout? Or will that mess up the results I will get from the program?

  • I just complete the "Weight Loss Challenge" and I am proud of myself because this is the first time I stick to a workout plan for almost a month. Guys building discipline is hard :( Anyhow, I took measurements and weighed myself. I'm 5'3(F) and at the beginning of the challenge I started at 165 lbs, my bust was 40 inches and waist was 41 inches. Now my weight is 161, my bust is 39 inches and my waist is 33 inches. While I don't think I lost a crazy amount of weight, I feel much better. My energy levels are pretty high and I also started to wake up early in the morning to get my exercise out of the way so I feel accomplished early in the day. I'm going to do the "Intense Core Challenge" next but for the core challenge I will pay attention to my nutrition. I will report back in 15 days XD (I forgot to mention I did the modified version of the exercises because I live in an apartment and I'm not trying to be an ass to my downstairs neighbors haha )

    • @Hailey Schweinzger I started to do chloe's workouts 2 months ago, i didn't lose weight but i lost some inches and became really more stronger (i realize it when the workouts started to feel easier and i already wanted to do more videos in the same day). so, the key is consistence, pacience and also eat healthy. not everyday was easy, but the results worths the effort (btw i did the 2 weeks shred, 3 weeks weight loss and now im doing hourglass 2021)
