  • guys, heres some tips to get closer to your goal - form is important. its not about quicker or faster . make sure you are doing the exercies RIGHT. -MAKE SURE YOU ENGAGE YOUR CORE. the quality of exercises depends on where you are focusing on. its really important, that u make sure your CORE is being used. Tighten that coreeee guys - CARDIO is important... to get your abs to show, cardio really helps to lose the excess bellly fat and hey, itll increase your stamina. - DIET is very important. its not about less food, but healthy food. eat carbs, thats whatt gives u energy, but dont OVEREAT. lessen processed food, go for fruits instead of sugar and chocolates..... -do not eat food atleast 1 hour before your exercises. Also, after exercises and workout drink small sips of water... do not chug that 1 bottle water down.....itll only make u vomit later - accepting your negative is in itself possitive.... accept yourself. Work to get yourself better, but dont beat yourself for it. see where you are going wrong and work to get yurself fiiter and better. Hope this helpssss

  • it's worth it guys, just don't give up, I just finished day 19 of weight loss challenge!! I started doing this weighing 76kg, now I weigh 73.7kg !! I'm still far from my goal, but I'm getting closer step by step, my waist went from 87 to 82cm, I haven't measured my legs and hips yet but I feel so happy, I've always hated my body, today I looked in the mirror and started to cry cause I saw a completely different person, this takes time and effort but I promise you it is worth it, just keep swimming, don't give up, you can do this 💖✨ Ps: also i started my journey doing two weeks shred challenge weighing 79kg, my waist was 93 cm and my hips 113cm, when i started weight loss challenge my hips were 107cm!! Just keep going, this is for you and only for you🧚‍♀️

  • going to try this one today! i’m also trying the 10 min shredded abs workout, hopefully i’ll be okay :)) day 1: done! it was very tiring and difficult for me. my legs are hurting more than my ab area to be honest ;-; day 2: done! still can’t do the roll up chop nor the side-normal planks... but it was a little easier than yesterday :) day 3: done! i managed to do a few proper roll up chops which was a lot better than yesterday. it was pretty good overall >-< day 4: done! finally able to do the roll up chops without taking a break, which i would consider big improvement in comparison to yesterdays.. feeling good about todays exercise! :)) day 5: done! still not strong enough to do some of the exercises and having to opt for the alternatives but over all it was pretty good. feeling less tired and heavy than how i felt before day 6: done! i haven’t eaten this morning but my tummy looks more flat nows, my lower belly still needs some more work but this improvement makes me more so motivated! :)) day 7: done! i don’t feel as tired as i used to feel while doing the exercises. my body doesn’t feel as heavy anymore. it feels good! :)) day 8: done! i’m feeling a bit demotivated since i still need to refer to some of the alternatives and because i can’t seem to see that much change. i understand its only been a week and for everyone it’s different but :((

  • I'm on day 15 and this workout was so easy for me to do today! I hated this workout so much but I think I got stronger enough to actually do some of the exercises here without having to take a break every 5 seconds. I'm so proud of myself! Update: I'm on day 19 and as of today I lost 3 kg! My thighs have lost a cm of fat and my stomach is more toned! Love you Chloe :)

    • Don't stress your neck ..an alternative you can use is keeping your hands under your butt while doing them ......it will support your lower back and put less pressure on the neck ....

    • im not too sure about substituting things, but I also struggle with some dizziness. I usually just try to take some breaks and drink a lot of water. Listen to your body and take breaks if you need to, you got this!! Also your English is great

  • [Day 1]: • I started out super week. Cried after the fourth exercise (I'm sorry). •I wanted to get it all right but my body couldn't even do one properly. •My butt is simply weird sticking bone, so I couldn't balance my body on it half the time. •My legs are only straight when laying down plainly. I cannot extend them if they're even a few inches above the surface. •If Chloe's exercise was 15 crunches, I ended up doing only 4. And then I'd fall back. •After the 5 minute mark. I couldn't even do a single exercise for two seconds. So I took a break, thinking I was exhausted. Turns out the problem is that my body's too stiff in a plane to show flexibility. •I finished this one though. Kinda bummed out. But I guess it'll get better. •Also, I assumed I'd feel the tug in my middle belly but it was above and below it. Interesting. [Day 2 Of this, Day 3 of the program]: Okay, so I technically took day 3 off cuz... RAMADAN DEHYDRATION BABY! This is my 2nd time doing this video and 3rd day doing the program. I'm gonna be honest, the other vids became do-able after the first day but this one is still impossible. Especially how I still can't understand how they're done. Probably gonna take a few more days to get a hold of. But the ones I got a hang on, were actually not as hard as they first seemed. [Day 3 of this, Day 4 of the program]: •I finally understand how these are supposed to work. •The side boat crunch thingys are impossible, considering I have zero butt to rest on. But I managed ONE on each side so yeah!!! •My lower abdomen and my stomach region is ready for the mummification.
