IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs.   • Im here from the 2021 weight loss challenge and I'll update you guys everyday, but before that make sure you set your goals and then write them down twice and place one beside your mat and one on the fridge or kitchen door, if your goals are secret and you live w people then code your goals and this will let you continue and never stop ! day1: done - I feel a bit of pain in my shoulders and my wrist but im feeling good overall day2: not done yet, im at my grandma and im wearing jeans and forgot my pants so when I go back home ill do the workout, it may be tomorrow already

  • Day 1 done: This time I'm not skipping any parts, let's see how this challenge goes. I'm both happy and a bit surprised that I actually got though this day since it's been so long since I actually worked out properly. Ok day 2: was more difficult imo. I did all the workouts from the schedule and an additional 10 min HIIT because I felt like it. I'm really sore and I did better on the stretches yesterday, I'm sure it'll all go away in a couple of days though. Day 3: dead but still here Day 4: was a rest day. wanted to run but couldn't. i hope i'll be able to on the next rest day Day 5: still here. getting a bit easier. my legs and shoulder are still killing me. I didn't lose any weight but I do feel more toned already! Day 6: this was tiring, my body feels sore but im not as breathless. still here though Day 7: rest. I walked 4 kms.

  • I sweated my asssss off today with 21 day challenge! Sweat rolling down my face. I’m a little concern of my right lower back. Any of the abb workout that has to do with laying on your back for crunches or kick ups I feel a pop on my lower back spinal I think. I’m only 27 and I’m afraid to I might hurt something even more. Does anyone have this issue? Sometimes I can’t even sleep on my back or switch positions while sleeping I actually have to sit up and adjust my body bc of my right back side I hope I don’t need like a hip replacement I can almost feel it on my back right rib cage too

  • So the warmup and cool down are optional in all the programs, so I’ve only been doing the warmups (because the cool down is 15 mins and I’m quite busy). However, this 15 minutes is SO WORTH IT!! I can’t believe I completed 3 Chloe Ting challenges without doing the cool downs!! My muscles are so happy right now!!!
