IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs.   • In order to not turn into sponge during lockdown I looked for online workout and started Chloe's Flat Stomach 2021 challenge... day1: surprised how hard the sets are day2: my arms are quite weak, was pretty destroyed by today day3: got my period and was sore from yesterday, did mostly low impact, needed 4 extra breaks and wanted to cry...more than once day4: better than yesterday... but still hard day5: haven't been this happy about a rest day in a long time day6: today was nice, spread the sets across the day, did a yoga session with a friend and tried Chloe's pancakes recipe (tasty) day7: rest day, stomach muscles are so sore that breathing deeply hurts...My core was so engaged yesterday! :D day8: had to do all sets in the morning, today's abs workout was brutal! day9: my period is over and I was super motivated... until I realized it's all arms today ...* ouch * day10: my arms are sore and the plank positions killed me today, but I noticed that my form has improved for the other exercises :)

  • Hii! I need advice, so I'm on day 15 of the hourglass challenge, it's the longest I have consistently been working out and even if I have to say so myself, I'm doing amazing! But I'm struggling SO hard with my diet! One day I'm eating healthy and all, and the next I'm completely out of control and eat a bunch of junk! I've been struggling maintaining a healthy relationship with food, for example after a binge I starve myself the next day then end up caving in and eating junk again.. I probably need professional help but I don't want to worry my family, so if anyone has any advice to help me keep a healthy diet, it would help SO much! But other than that, the workouts have been working great! I can visually see my butt is bigger and rounder and my stomach is a bit flatter!

  • I want abs let's do the flat abs 2021 challenge : Day 1:✅ It wasn't that hard but it wasn't easy either. Day 2:✅ I was sore and I have REALLY weak arms so this day was HELL but I did it!! Day 3:✅ I was still a bit sore but the workout was okay :) my abs burned tho Day 4:✅ my booty hurt SO MUCH but I did it! Day 5: rest day yay!! Day 6: I couldn't do the workout today.. Day 7:✅ Did the workout of day 6 instead of the rest day! (I did rest yesterday so that was okay) Day 8:✅ This workout was cool, I felt so refreshed when it ended. Day 9:✅ Arm day, that was SO DIFFICULT my arms hurt so bad Day 10:✅ abs day yay Day 11: rest day :) I did bike a lot today my legs are sore Day 12:✅ I was tired today but it was a good workout :) Day 13: I didn't have time today I just did one video and stopped (and it was so difficult I definitely have no arm strength 😭) Day 14: rest day! I did run a lot during P.E. class tho Day 15:✅ The workout wasn't that bad even if my legs were really sore, I had a hard time when I had to use my legs' strength, so I pretty much suffered during the whole workout (P.E. class destroyed me). I still did the optional abs workout because I felt like it :) Day 16:✅ It was so tiring!! Day 17:✅ did it!! Day 18: rest day :) Day 19:✅ It was a cool workout day Day 20: Day 21: Day 22: Day 23: Day 24: Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: Day 28: Results:
