IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

  • Chloe is looking great and she promotes no equipment training. That's why gym trainers don't like here. Effective and cheep == less need in trainer. Well, that is how evolution works. Still gym has it place - you can perform heavy exercises there. But it is all boiles down to have a pain in your muscles after workout. So you may find this workouts even far more effective than anything you can do in gym just because you will work your muscles till the end. And just take resting until muscles will stop being in pain. All this time they will grow. So less time, more intensive, almost no equipment, no wasting time on transport and super effective - this is how good such exercises are. But personality I love talking in gym, so this is something even more important than muscles to me )

  • Don't act like you do everything in one go and call yourself strong. You have to do in one go and show that you're struggling with us. That's not what you're doing. You're just compiling your different routine and looking fabulous at the end of the workout even if it's no rest and 20mins long. That's why I like fitness blender and calesthenics and other fitness channel who do with us together.

  • A few weeks back, I finished Kirsty Godso's 6 week program that's on the Nike Training app. That is rated intermediate-advanced. By comparison, I can get through Chloe's workouts a lot easier but they're still challenging and bring on the burn big time. I think Chloe's workouts are a lot more inclusive for people like me who require low impact alternatives. A lot of programs don't have those and it can be disheartening. You do great work Chloe!

  • Sorry but as someone who hates being shouted at to be motivated, having someone who is calm and gives kind words of encouragement but doesn’t pester me the whole workout by nagging me to keep going is so much better! I’d rather motivate myself and not feel pressured to overdo myself and to pace myself so I’m doing the workout correctly than buggering up my body because I feel like I’m being shouted at to be quicker and keep up with a professional 😂❤️ you’re amazing Chloe!
