IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KGworldrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KGworld for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

  • Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a popular lose weight methods called Okibetonic Secrets (google it). Thanks to it I've lost a lot of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever.   • I just got through the first day of the summer shred 2021 and I am so proud of myself. I have asthma so I usually am too scared of doing stamina involving sports. But this just worsened my asthma as I suck at stamina so hard. I had to pause almost every 2 exversices in the Hiits due to lack of air... but I manged to do it! It's still a long way for me to go but I can do it. I will just think of every beautiful person doing this challenge and that gives me motivation. We can do this!!

I workout twice or thrice a week usually i did chloe tings challenges on and off sometimes but was never consistent.   • I'm trying the 28 day Flat Stomach Challenge and will try to update this comment every day. For food I'm eating a low calorie low carb diet as much as I can. Day 1: It was a lot but i did it all in one go, I ended the workout sweating like I just came from the pool but it's all good. Day 2: My thighs are so sore so good thing it's not a leg workout, it wasn't bad and I used a juice box instead of weights lol because I don't have any.

    • The flat stomach challenge is mostly cardio to help you burn calories. From understanding, it doesn't make you bulk up. If you wanted that, which I know you don't, you'd have to do bodybuilding exercises, which are completely different than cardio exercises. You are working out, so don't expect to NOT gain a little muscle. Hope this helps!
