  • The fact that I started her challenge in Oct 2020 but quit after a week or two due to studies and stuff, at that time I was able to do every exercise very effectively and quite easily aS COMPARED TO NOW I- *holds back tears* it's may 2021 and I've started working out again and i can't even hold a plank even tho I was able to hold it for more than minute back then! I hope I can get stronger and achieve my dream body asap😭🤞

  • So I am that type of person that likes to dance randomly all the time, but my problem is that ever since I stopped doing my sports 2 years ago I’ve been feeling inflexible and dancing became painful for me because I could have random muscle strains on my chest and back, and I started working out again ,I feel flexible, and light, my muscles are wormed up 24/7 for any random hard moves and it’s great!! I am so happy that I’ve finally gained my passion for work outing after along time! It’s hard but worth it , I will push through and so as everyone else because everybody deserves to feel healthier 💗

  • Yes!!! I started it last year and worked out for 3 months... about 3-4 Chloe Ting workouts. I went from 180 to 164.. I decided to go back to school and work fulltime so I stopped. I ate slightly better. By the end of last year, I ended with 154 lb. I really want to lose 5 more lbs just to get into a healthy weight for my size. Ready for my abs March 2022 right after graduation 🤞

  • When I was a kid 7-12 I was overweight around 70-85kg, and that was due to comfort eating (as stuff happened) and medicine, My family was big anyway and my grandma has been on and off diets ever since she was my age, I stopped taking my medicine as we weren't noticing a difference and I lost a little bit of weight but I was still considered overweight... And I really struggled to lose weight and diet, but I pretty much completely cut out everything unhealthy in the beginning because I get super addicted... I KNOW cutting is bad but it worked for me, the only exercise at 60kg I developed an eating disorder, I would eat 3 different things and would have around 200-400 calories, I would be dizzy and have head rushes multiple times a day and my family started noticing so they forced me to eat a Chinese (and it was good!!), I also got an apple addiction after I started eating somewhat more properly! Now I am 50-52kg it changed daily... Yes, I weigh myself daily, two weeks ago I started your 2019 2 week ab challenge because it was familiar workouts to what I had been trying (I "worked out" every day of this year") and when I was doing it I felt the burn, I had never felt pain in my abs whilst working out and I kind of love it :) and I'm going to continue to do it! My mom said my abs look more defined and i agree! *My goals this year:* - defined/flat stomach - start drinking water/flavoured water - more positive and to love myself - fix my mental health

I know after having my baby girls, my midwife told me I had a 3 finger Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) so I had to be really careful that I wasn’t making it worse... bc there are some workouts that can make the separation worse... I do love the Low impact options Chloe Ting’s workouts has, however before starting any workout I had to work on making sure I had correct posture, and making sure my pelvic wasn’t off... and it is really important to learn how to engage my TVA/core correctly before starting on any workout plans... especially if you have Diastasis Recti (DR). I wonder if Chloe had any workouts that is geared towards people who do have DR, like postpartum mothers. I just recently discovered Chloe Ting lol and just going through this rabbit hole for a minute.
